    RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    ☆For DAMAGED PRODUCT upon delivery, we offer "REFUND" or "STORE CREDIT" only and would not require the item shipped back to us. 
    ☆Otherwise, due to the nature of the product & high cost of shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
    ☆We try our best to package items as securely as possible, but sometimes it could get damaged by delivery handling. If it has been delivered broken, please provide photo/s of the damaged item/s so we would have an opportunity to fix it. This will greatly help us identify the issue and improve our packaging method.
    ☆For Community mailboxes, if there's error in delivery (misplaced, missing parcels etc.) kindly notify us within 1 WEEK, otherwise a case wouldn't be filed with Canada Post, parcels would be considered lost and no refunds & credit will be given.
